Vacancy: Sales Assistant (Retail) at Bennora Boutique

Bennora Boutique is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused sales assistant to join our team. In this role, you provide personal advice and ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

 

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and advising them personally and professionally on fashion and style.
• Helping customers choose the right size and fit, so every customer leaves satisfied.
• Taking care of the store presentation and presenting all clothing items attractively.
• Supporting daily store activities, such as replenishing stock and managing the cash register.
• Answering customer questions and providing excellent service, both in-store and by phone.

 

Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Passion for fashion and a good sense of style and trends.
• Able to give personal advice and help customers find their ideal outfit.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, sometimes with changing working hours.
